Broadway & Hollywood show by Jukebox Legends
Sunday June 19th see's this show at Casa Nicolas, Altos del Limonar and Monday 20th it's at La Marina Sport complex. Thursday 23rd at Rocajuna, Punta Prima then its at Asturias, A332, Punta Prima on Tuesday 28th June and Wednesday 29th June it's at The Club in Quesada. This is a great show featuring the fabulous Andy Jones as he illustrates his amazing voice with songs from top Broadway and West End shows such as Westside Story, Les Mis, Phantom of the Opera, South Pacific and more. So far he has received a standing ovation at all of the shows on this tour. Supported by Fiona McLean (of Jukebox Legends) who also sings some great show songs along with Shirley Bassey, Celine Dion numbers (an more) from films. Peter Day, also from Jukebox Legends completes the line up with some film tracks from popular 60s and 70s music and all in all this varied and high quality show is a must for anyone wh loves musicals. Hello, my name is Christine an I am a pole fitness instructor. I have recently started classes in the new polenastics dance studio in Los Altos, Via park 3.
Pole dance & pole fitness is a great way to Get fit, meet wonderful people, learn a skill, have fun, sculpt your physique, tone up, build your confidence and much much more.
CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING ON:

WEDNESDAY'S - 18:30-19:30 & 19:30-20:30 (6€ 1 HOUR OR 10€ FOR 2 HOURS)

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A POLE DANCE & FITNESS CLASS:
Each Polenastics pole fitness and dance class is generally 1 hour long, and includes a warm up and cool down, pole moves, tricks & floor work. You will also have the chance to learn and perfect pole dance routines, posture and walking exercises.
As a beginner, after an initial introductory chat with your Polenastics pole fitness and dance instructor, (where I will need to know of any injuries or illnesses, your ability, concerns and expectations), you will be put on a pole with either 3 or 4 other ladies of similar ability. You will then be shown some basic pole dance moves and linking sequences which you will practice with your pole buddies. If you are more advanced and have pole experience previously, please let us know when you book in and we can ensure that you are put on a pole with students around the same level.

The Human Fruit Machine
NEXT APPEARANCE OF THE HUMAN FRUIT MACHINE IS SATURDAY, 25th JUNE at Palms Equestrian Centre in Catral. There was all the fun of the fair with The Human Fruit Machine on its last outing!!! With over 1000 people over two days at Casa la Pedrera the Human Fruit Machine created a lot of fun. It was a slow start until Paul Cunningham Nurses realised they knew how it worked BUT no one else did!! Many people thought you either got fruit thrown at you or you had to pelt the three people with fruit. Well as you can see our very own Ian Rockford from TKO Radio has already been 'in the box' and all you have to do is hold up a piece of fruit when the contestant sounds the hooter!
Each contestant has three goes for €1 and just like a fruit machine certain fruit win certain prizes! and sometimes money vouchers!
The Human Fruit Machine was made by Derek Rogers from The Patience Lodge 2177 and it is kindly loaned out to raise funds for Paul Cunningham Nurses and it's next appearance will be on June 25th at Palms Equestrian Centre in Catral - for more details see www.paulcunninghamnurses.com or email [email protected] or call 629 869 959.
